Please Note: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we're happy to accommodate when possible. Due to the time constraints of our mini-sessions, we kindly ask that everyone arrives on time and ready to go. Full payment is required by May 4 to confirm your spot. Please note that payments are non-refundable, as these sessions are specifically reserved for you. If something comes up, you can reschedule within the same month, but please be aware that rescheduling the studio will incur an additional hourly fee. If possible, it’s best to choose another location for rescheduling to avoid extra charges. We encourage you to avoid cancellations whenever possible to ensure the best experience!

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Portrait Session: The client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.

Payments: Full payment is required prior to the session to secure your spot. We accept payments via Venmo or Zelle.

Cancellation/Postponement: Sessions are non-refundable; however, deposits are transferable to a new date within 30 days.

Cooperation/No Shows: We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth session, as the shooting window is brief. The photographer is not responsible if the client or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session.

Copyright: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Contempo Kids Photo / Malek Naz Freidouni Photography.

Client Usage: The client is receiving digital files for personal use only. When sharing images on social media, we kindly ask that you tag @contempokids or @maleknaz_photography.
